Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@ptool.com and we’ll assist in locating it.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country’s regulations.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please check your shipping address carefully. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
