Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@ptool.com and we’ll assist in locating it.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country’s regulations.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please check your shipping address carefully. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

1. Age Restriction

  • Products are sold only to adults (18+).
  • By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
  • Orders placed by minors will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Compliance With Local Laws

  • By purchasing, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding possession, use, transport, and import.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that ownership is legal in your country or region.
  • We are not responsible for seizure or confiscation by customs or authorities

3. Prohibited Destinations
We do not ship to countries where push daggers are prohibited, including (but not limited to):
Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Cyprus, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta.
Orders to these destinations will be cancelled and refunded

4. Intended Use

  • Products are marketed strictly as collectibles, outdoor tools, or training accessories.
  • They are not marketed or sold for self-defence or unlawful use.
  • Carrying knives in public without a lawful purpose may be prohibited in your country

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Defender Tools is not liable for misuse, injury, or damage resulting from possession or use of our products.
  • By purchasing, you assume full responsibility and all risks associated with ownership and use.
  • Liability is disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law

6. Customs & Import

  • Buyers are fully responsible for compliance with local import laws.
  • If customs block or confiscate an order, refunds are not guaranteed unless the product is returned to us in unused condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders to restricted destinations.

7. Order Cancellation

We may cancel or refund an order if:


  • The buyer fails to confirm 18+ status.

  • The shipping address is located in a prohibited jurisdiction.

  • Payment processors, carriers, or regulations restrict shipment.

8. Returns & Refunds


  • Unused products may be returned within 14 days if kept in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or the order was cancelled by us.

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of returned goods.

9. Governing Law


  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus.
